Seeking out help can be intimidating. Maybe you’ve found yourself walking a path you're not sure you want (or how to know what you want at all). Maybe you wonder why you seem to keep coming back to the same place. Maybe that place is filled with self-limiting beliefs, disordered eating, or fears of the unknown. Whatever the reason, I’m so glad you’re here.

I work with individuals who want help breaking free from their habitual ways of relating to themselves. My clients are just like you- they’re smart, curious, brave, and good at caring for the people they love. Sometimes they overthink things, experience negative self-talk, look to the future like it’s a scary place, and feel like they want something different with their lives (even if they can’t yet imagine what that could be). They yearn to find room for self-compassion and authenticity- to be kinder and gentler with themselves.

Together we will learn about the parts of yourself that you know well, the parts that seem at odds with your desires, and the parts you've yet to meet, working to uncover the patterns that keep you stuck, making space for a new story to unfold.

Letting you take the lead, we will move at your pace, learning your story and untangling the threads.
